However, sensorineural heart failure still remains a significant complication following middle ear surgery despite surgical
techniques, surgical instruments, and monitoring devices. The magnitude of hearing loss is underreported, so this problem
does not receive adequate attention. Due to the difficulty of quantifying hearing loss, it is impossible to measure patients'
hearing loss immediately following surgery. As a result, the patient may be uncomfortable and infected. Weber's intra-ear
bone conduction theory along with saline bone conduction theory were investigated in eight cases at Department of ENT,
Gouri Devi Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Durgapur, West Bengal, India. In order to assess whether there was
neuronal loss following middle ear surgery, a patient's postoperative experience was examined. An itinerary injury, a
mechanical manipulation, or a drill noise may cause past operative hearing loss after middle ear surgeryddd |
